Kodajo Limited is a company registered in England & Wales with Company Number 07741094. The operator of this site is Kodajo Limited and this website is operated as a joint venture between these two entities.

If this privacy policy is substantially amended we will notify account holders by email to the registered email address. Because we do not collect the email addresses of visitors to the website, it is not possible for us to notify them.

The company may, from time to time, use the data that you have provided for its own uses which include, but are not limited to, other services not related to ClosedNet but operated by the company, or for the marketing of the service.

We may also, from time to time, choose to notify account holders of new services and products offered by this company, or updates that affect their account (such as your interaction with other account holders). You can choose which notifications you receive by visiting the "my account" area of the website.

In the course of running the service, the website will collect certain impersonal data, such data includes, but is not limited to, your behaviour on the site such as the links that you click on and the pages that you visit. We may, from time to time, share such data with third parties. Any data that we do share with third parties will be limited to impersonal data and information only.

You can request to receive a copy of all the information that we hold about you by emailing privacy@closednet.co.uk and this information will be provided to you by email. You can also request any information we hold about you is delete by emailing this email address.
